These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the website under the domain dribblesports.com as well as the associated mobile application "Dribble" (hereinafter collectively "Service"), which are operated by Dribble Sports ("Dribble Sports", "we", "us", or "our"). By using our Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to the Terms, you may not use our Service. These Terms apply to all users of our Service. We do not recognize deviating conditions from users. Changes will be communicated in a timely manner.
Service Description
Dribble is an interactive platform for football fans that offers the following features: • Live Chat: Real-time communication during football matches • Polls: Interactive polls and engagement during matches • Fan Rooms: Private and public chat groups • Rewards System: Points and rewards system • Leaderboards: Rankings and competitions The Service is currently in the pre-launch phase. Full functionality will be provided gradually. During the development phase, features may be temporarily unavailable or limited. We reserve the right to change, expand or discontinue the Service and its features at any time, provided that legitimate interests exist.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Account Registration
Registration is required for full use of the Service. You undertake to provide truthful and complete information during registration and to keep this information up to date. You agree to keep your login credentials secure and be responsible for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
User Obligations
Prohibited Use

You guarantee that you have all necessary rights to the content and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights. User-Generated Content
The App allows users to post or send content (including chat messages). You retain ownership of your content. You grant Dribble Sports a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute your content solely to operate and improve the App. You are solely responsible for content you submit. We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to review, monitor, or remove content and take action against users who violate these Terms or applicable laws.
Community Standards & Moderation
Dribble Sports is committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment. We may use automated and/or human moderation tools, remove content or restrict users without prior notice, and investigate reports of abuse or misconduct. Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent account bans.
Reporting Abuse
Users may report inappropriate behavior or content through in-app reporting tools or by contacting us at support@dribblesports.com. We encourage users to report violations promptly.
Intellectual Property
All content, features and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to texts, graphics, logos, images, software and design, are the property of Dribble Sports or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may use the Service only for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any reproduction, distribution, modification or other use of our content requires our express written consent. Protected elements include: Dribble logo and brand elements, software and source code, design and user interface, text content and descriptions, and images and graphic elements.

Limitation of Liability

These Terms are governed by German law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms is Berlin, Germany, provided that you are a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law.
Severability
Should individual provisions of these Terms be or become invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a valid and enforceable provision that comes closest to the intent of the original provision.
